Muscle and joint aches
5I'd not taken this for a while and ohhh boy did I notice it! Really helps (certainly at an older age) with the muscles and joints. Helps stay more supple, less injuries, better recovery.Goes Well With:On its own. Take in the morning with breakfast

An effective product
5I bought these products for my family members who were suffering from arthritis and we are glad to find the product working after a week. They could feel the effect of the supplements with a gradual decrease of aches in the joints.

For those who has joint problems
5For those who has back pain like me, or those who wants big quads but have grandma knees, this is for you. I take this with fish oil everyday and they help me with my back and knee problems from old injuries. It’s not a certain fix but it’s definitely worth a try.

Okay BUT confused with dosage
4I think this product is okay but i am confused about the dosage. The website/app states up to 3 a day and the bottle shows as 1 a day. Can MP please clarify dosage. Thanks.

Joint supps
5Started taking this to help with my joint pain. And I see some difference already. Been taking three weeks. So will keep takin go them and hopefully it will keep getting better. Goes Well With:Cod liver oil
