5Only just got my so happy they are here it say on bottle take 1 day and I seen on reviews people taking more should I just keep to 1 a day x

5I bought these after reading the reviews and suffering with really bad knees pains and joint clicking. I have been taking 1 a day as stated on the tub and have now come to the end of the bottle. I have recommended these to everyone, I am now a pain free runner and back to jumping squats without niggles. I don't feel there is any need for more than one a day and I noticed these worked very quickly even on the 1 a day I have been taken. I have just ordered my second bottle. These will always be part of my routine now. I also take Omega 3,6,9 and turmeric with black pepper. Goes Well With:After lunch with water :)

Good product
4Been using these for a while now. They do really help keep joints / ligaments / cartilage etc in working order. Especially good when weight training. Forgot to refill a few months back & noticed the difference without them. Good value when on offer tooGoes Well With:water
