Cement between the bricks
5So This stuff is good it mixes well no real taste so can add to almost anything. It's the cement between the bricks. No point using loads protein powders and not having this as it makes them so much more effective.Goes Well With:Whey protein creatine powder and overnight recovery, or hurricane xs (all in one)

Unflavoured - Avoid at all costs
1This must be the most disgusting suplemment I have ever tried. From the time of opening the bag the smell is disgusting. Even adding it to my Whey shake it just reuins the taste. Avoid at all costs

Ice Tea flavour
5Been using BCAA from MP for a while but decided to try the ice tea favour this time. Mixes really well, taste is good and isn't 'chemical' or 'artificial'. Would recommend esp in the summer months as pretty refreshing - I use it intra workout.

5Love this, it tastes unreal I got it in berry burst flavour. Can mix it with flavoured creatine or clear whey protein and tastes even better.

taste great and it works
5The ramune flavour was really good, tasted like the real thing. It works, felt less sore in general after i started taking it before and during workouts.
