Does what it says on the tin
4I really like this bcaa. First time trying it and I’ve been using during and after my workouts 5x a week for 2 weeks now. It really helps decrease muscle fatigue for me and the flavour is amazing. I was torn between blue raspberry and berry burst but decided to go for berry burst as I thought the blue raspberry would be too sweet, I picked a good flavour definitely recommend!!Goes Well With:Water

5Excellent product, my biggest issue is the packaging, it's too tall of a bag you put your hand in to get the spoon and time you take your hand out you've bcaa all over it lol... plus I wish they do something with the stupid resealable strips.. other than that you can't go wrong. Goes Well With:Water

BCAA’s
5Very useful, tasty and easily mixed with milk or water. Great to assist recovery post workout, also good to feed the muscles during a workout. Goes Well With:Whey protein for a highly nourishing base for a liquid meal mixed with numerous other healthy foods.

GRAPE BCAA
2Don't buy the Grape BCAA, i was expecting it to be fruity and refreshing and it tastes like washing up liquid it also doesn't mix well and is really clumpy, looks like it curdles.Goes Well With:Nothing

Wouldn't be without
5Ordered the tropical flavour, taste is so nice! Mixability isn't as good as the berry burst for some reason. I wouldn't be without my BCAA when training, I notice a difference when I only have water compared to having a scoop of this, just feel that little more energised and it helps with muscle fatigue too. I have a litre bottle with 1 scoop during training and if I've done cardio I have another bottle for recovery and to keep hydrated afterwards, I've really noticed a difference in doing this to how I feel for the rest of the day. When weight training I mix with a scoop of creatine and apart from suffering a bit of cramp from time to time, as can be expected with creatine, my performance is better overall than without. Goes Well With:Water, still or sparkling. Weight training Cardio - intra and post HIIT and circuit training especially

5This product is really good. Although it doesn't taste great it definitely does the job, I can feel the difference since adding this into my diet. Goes Well With:Juice

Tastes OK and Mixes well
5I bought these BCAA (Mixed Berry) as I started weight training in the morning before eating and needed something to help me through the workout. These have had a positive effect on energy levels, especially towards the end of the workout. I mix 2-3 scoops in about 750ml of water. Can be a little on the sweet side but tastes nice enough compared to other BCAA I have tried. Also mixes really well in my water bottle after a couple of shakes. Would recommendGoes Well With:Training hard
