Tastes okay in a mix with flavours
4I have a very high metabolism, so I'm hoping to retain more of my 'new' muscle and reduce fatigue. This seems to have helped in the first couple of weeks, but need more time to see better results. Taste is really awful (unflavoured), but I mix it in my flavoured protein shake, with a scoop of creatine, so it's not as bad in the mix. Might go for a flavoured one next time...Goes Well With:Flavoured protein shakes (mine's black forest), or flavoured milkshakes i.e. strawberry & banana.

Brutal taste but has the essentials!
4I’ve seen some other reviews on here about the taste but it didn’t put me off. Yeah it’s not great, tastes similar to paracetamol maybe (I had unflavoured). Thing is I’m not a wet blanket like others clearly are and moaning about it like my 9 year old son eating his Nan’s over cooked broccoli! Man up and get it down ya! It doesn’t mix that well so probably better options out there. I personally don’t have a problem with it as long as it’s doing it’s job. I use it whilst working out fasted. I use 2 scoops with about 200mls water, mix it with my small milk frother for about 3 seconds then skull the mother like a shot of tequila or something. It does leave a bit behind in the glass but I just rinse it with a bit water and finish the rest. After about a week I got use to the taste and don’t even notice it anymore. Goes Well With:Water

5The taste of these BCAAs is INCREDIBLE. I had the peach mango one before and it was just a bit too sweet for me but I actually enjoy drinking this whilst I'm working out because it tastes so good. Couldn't recommend it enough. It also definitely reduces DOMS as I was recently visiting my parents and going to the gym there, I took my protein shake but didn't pack and BCAAs and the DOMS were so bad. Buy it!!!Goes Well With:Water

Not a fan of the flavour
3Bought this expecting it to taste really nice but it leaves not the best after taste, I suppose it's down to preference. The Orange flavor was perfect, considering getting that flavor again and using this in emergencies.

Love this stuff!
5I have always told to take protein for muscle recovery and never really saw the effects from it but this stuff seriously helps! I got the blue raspberry flavour which tastes like a slush puppy and not sickly either! drink it during my workout after preworkout! Highly recommend !! Great taste mixes well and helps with recovery! Goes Well With:Water

Great for MPS it’s key BCAA
5Mix with blender with other powders to get fully mixed in other if it’s by its self then will not mix. Mine was unflavoured but I like it, it’s natural and doesn’t taste that bad. Overall very good product would highly recommend Goes Well With:Brown rice protein, instant oats, dextrose

Don’t buy unflavoured
2I can’t speak for the rest of the flavours the reviews are pretty good. But the unflavoured version is bitter and taste horrible, it has ruined the chocolate flavour of my whey protein. Looks like I’ve wasted my money.

It really does the job
5This is brilliant and why didn't I try it sooner? OK I'll be honest I really have to gulp it down as I went for iced tea and it's far to sweet for me and I really do have a sweet tooth. However I have found putting a bottle of water in the fridge and using that helps a lot! However withing 20 minutes I am buzzing full of energy! I get to the gym and I feel like the duracell bunny.Goes Well With:Ice cold water
