Does not mix well
2This does not mix well, unmixed powder still in the glass/bottle no matter how much you stir it. Taste horrible too (cola). Unsure how effective it is as I've given up after 3 attempts.

5Great product, really like berry burst flavour. Noticeable difference in muscle pain the next day when I take this during a workout.Goes Well With:Water and plain creatine

Good product if mixing
4Great product to add to existing drinks (pre/protein) as it is awfully bitter on its own. If you're planning to drink by itself definitely get a flavoured version. The product doesn't mix very well at all but I've found if I make my morning drink in the evening and pop it in the fridge overnight then by the morning, all of the powder has dissolved and you're good to go. Another flaw with this product is the bag design. For some reason the bag isn't the same as other products on the site and it's awkward to get your hand in there to scoop the product. You end up with a lot of the product all over your hands and it's just a bit messy. A lot of issues to work around with this product but if you have the patience then it's a great addition to your daily supplements.Goes Well With:Clear Whey Isolate

3Brought the unflavoured type. OMG it's absolutely revolting. The taste actually sticks in your throat and lingers for ages. IL use it as I've paid for it but won't be buying again!! Goes Well With:Nothing

Amazing!
5Have been using this for the first time and I’m very happy with the results so far, will definitely be purchasing more. I mix mine with fruit juice for a better taste! Goes Well With:I use both creatine and juice!

Wierd taste but not so bad
5Taste a bit wierd but effect well maybe just the cola taste not the best choice. Feel the difference gives a kick for the muscle develope Goes Well With:Protein
