Great addition to whey
5I use casein mostly about 20mins before going bed to drip feed protein into my system during the night as it takes longer to digest than quickly absorbed whey. This version tastes great, a little chalky but the macros and protein % are spot on. Overall it keeps me fuller over night and helps me recover from training more effectively. Goes Well With:Milk, ZMA's, mix to a paste and freeze for 20mins and enjoy as a mousse

Unacceptable
1Had the strawberry one. Great taste but the mixability is ridiculous, can only manage to drink half of one as it just leaves foam than does not mix at all! A spoon is the only tool I can imagine that will finish it off and even then sweetened powdery foam is going to be hard to stomach. It's poor that this passed a quality check frankly.

5This is really lovely and will definitely buy again. It's lovely and smooth. I actually have it with hit milk and a lovely think chocolaty drink at bedtime

5Love this casein protein I get the chocolate one and mix it with those chocolate puddings you can get from aldi with a little bit of cocoa powder really satisfies that sweet tooth and so much protein! Or if your really hungry and craving something sweet mix the protein with a little bit of almond milk first before adding the yoghurt it turns it into a sort of protein sludge, as it’s casein it’s so thick it turns into a kind of yoghurt consistency and then it is a lot higher in volumeGoes Well With:Aldi protein puddings Greek yoghurt

Best value casein yet
5Absolute essential for long-term training recovery and lean tissue growth. The body can only absorb so much protein in one sitting, so it is essential to have a source that releases slowly into the bloodstream over time, so as not to lose protein to excretion. I burn through this like crazy, so the large economy sizes are perfect for me. Keep the value coming, guys!

Slow release Casein
5I've recently started using this and it really does what it says on the tin. I have a shake before bed and don't feel hungry at all through the night. I accidently brought the unflavoured version and was pleasantly surprised at the taste. Will definitely continue using.

Unusable
1Bought this and one other flavour pretty much unusable. Doesn't mix properly loads of foam, caused weeks of stomach issues, wasted 60 quid on these and can't use them would not recommend.

Awful
1Tried this protein it's really bad doesn't mix well contains caffeine which wasn't listed in the description. Upset stomach bad wind very disappointing.
