5I am currently incorporating MyProtein’s Casein protein powder in my pre-competition diet. I am competing in the Masters at the BNBF Finals on the 2nd October. I find the Chocolate flavour great and take it prior to go to bed.Goes Well With:CLA. Carnitine, Omega 3

Very good
4I really like this Casein. It keep me feeling full throughout the night. I have tried it with both skimmed milk and water but I’d recommend it tastes better with milk. Does froth up quite a lot so I use the shaker and then pour it into a glass. Highly recommended

5Almost 1 month in and my physical trainer has inferiority complex ! Take it the at right time and stay consistent and see some great results Goes Well With:Love it with unsweetened almond milk

Lean gains.
4Overall a good product.The mixability isn't as good as whey and the shake has a more grainy texture, but flavour wise it's by no means bad. I use flavdrops anyway as I enjoy the variety. Can't fault the effectiveness. Judging by my normal markers (mirror and t-shirt sleeve fit) I'm slowly putting on lean mass. That said, my diet is dialed right in and I'm very consistent with training and progressively overloading, so don't assume this is a miracle product. If everything else is on point, this will help you reach your goals. Unfortunately my order arrived damaged, but MyProtein sorted this out quickly.Goes Well With:Milk, water
