More than a shake
5Use it to make a mouse before bed with fruit and yoghurt. Great addition and tastes great.

Unflavoured: Awful
1Unfortunately, I have to give this 1 star as this bag is going to waste, so unless I buy a flavour, I haven’t experienced as to whether it is effective. The unflavoured powder is inedible in my opinion. I’ve tried everything to try to make it taste nice & it’s just awful & I have to say, I’m not a fussy eater! I thought it might taste of milk? Obviously, my error in assuming that. Goes Well With:Nothing

Great macros and ideal, but doesn't mix as well as whey
5This is a really good for upping protein as a 30 scoop is 25g. It does not mix amazingly with water or milk as its kind of chalky in texture but honestly the benefits outweigh the negative.

5This worked wonders for me! Me being a personal trainer and about to go into my first ever body building competition the gains and the way i feel when I wake up it’s amazing! Slow release helps my body keep the protein for longer I feel way stronger muscles recover quicker and stronger I tend to take protein in morning and then Casein at night! Works wonders 100% recommend this specially if you aiming to become and athlete like myself

Slow release casein
5This is the best protein... i use it twice a day in my oat smoothies. Plus it's kind on my stomach..... vanilla my favourite but all flavours are nice. Goes Well With:Oats, fruit, spinach smoothies......

Great option for night
5I love this protein, great for before bed because of it being a slow release protein. Only thing to keep in mind is it will be very foamy, however the benefits of adding this type of protein to your diet it’s worth it.

4It is a good and effective product but tastewise is not up to the expectations. Goes Well With:Semi-skimmed milk, not drinkable with water so aweful

5I bought the strawberry flavour and it tastes nice. I've had no issues mixing it. I would buy again.
