Works well tastes bad
4Seems to do it’s job but doesn’t taste nice at all and very hard to mix. I have to blend mine with frozen berries to mask the sandy chalky flavour but once mixed it tastes fine and does it job perfectly. Goes Well With:Frozen berries blended with milk

Good stuff !
5Great tasting and mixes well. Always have mine with milk and just before bed so I'm happy knowing my muscles are feeding while I'm sleeping. I order regularly and have never had a problem with the products and delivery. Will keep buying !!Goes Well With:Milk before bed.

Gritty, chemical taste
2I got this protein to add into my cereal before bed. I was using a different brand but saw a promotion on MyProtein and thought I would try it. Firstly 232kcal and 50g of protein is great and secondly it mixed super easy. I was getting excited at this point. Let me tell you - I weight train and I'm restricting calories at the minute so any food is great to me. Especially Weetos. I will not leave a Weeto behind. HOWEVER this protein is grainy, has a very bland initial taste and then the after taste is SO SO SO chemically sweet that I gagged on every mouthful. I finished the bowl but it took about 20 minutes and I actually left a quarter of it staring at me for quite a while until I just manned up. The protein left on the spoon and bowl has set and it's all grainy. I never write reviews but I thought I'd do this one to save some people some time and money. Goes Well With:the bin

Worst of the worst
1Oh my god. This has been the MOST DISGUSTING protein shake I have ever had. Holy... The taste of the strawberry is not there, I am not sure if it ran to mars or the moon. The taste is completely artificial almost sand-like very bitter and very very soapy. It is also very very very frothy despite adding 500ml of water and using the MyProtein shaker, 3/4 of the shake is just froth and the rest is the disgusting "strawberry" Once you manage to somehow drink the shake, be prepared for a horrible after taste. There is a reason it's cheap compared to other well known brands...Goes Well With:Nothing. Flush it down the toilet.

Just poor all round
1Like drinking a class of sand, I cant believe any protein is this bad, absolutely shocking, by far the worst I've ever had

Great casein
5I’ve been using this product for years as a protein before bed to avoid waking up famished at 3am. It works a treat for that. There are several reviews that state it froths far to much. It does froth a fair amount when mixed solely with water however I’ve taken to adding half a teaspoon of smooth peanut butter to remove the froth almost completely. Yes I’m having to add to the product which isn’t idea but there’s always PB kicking around the house so it’s no inconvenience. And yes it’s additional calories but with such a small amount of PB this can easily be accommodated through the day. Goes Well With:Peanut butter

Enhanced recovery
5Used for a while now. Great for recovery evening drink or dessert. Mix with Greek yoghurt then stir in skimmed milk-fabulous dessert.

Great protein
5I found that if I mixed this in my shaker it was a bit grainy and became very frothy but when put in the ninja cup and blasted it came out great, really smooth and no froth. Loved itGoes Well With:I usually buy the vanilla and blend with avocado and PB2, tastes amazing
