5Got this for a bit of growth at night time, had to change the time from half an hour before bed to over 2 hrs, could not get to sleep at all. Mixes better with water than milk and tastes quite good, I have strawberry. Does help with reducing post workout pains, so I love it.Goes Well With:Water

5As with all casein powder this is quite messy and has a tendency to go everywhere when you scoop it out, however the product is great for getting slow releasing proteins into your system before bed! I ordered unflavoured by accident but it goes really well with white chocolate flavdrops. Has a bit of a powdery texture when mixed but it’s not unpleasant. Couldn't get paste the taste..
3I bought this as it sounded really good and was recommended to me by a friend. I mixed mine with milk, and it did mix well, no lumpy powdery bits but I couldn't get paste the taste. The consistency was think and frothy, very much like a McDonalds milkshake but the chocolate taste was horrible. I had to hold my nose to drink it. Shame because I can see this product working well but I just couldn't drink it. Goes Well With:Milk

Filling
4I practice intermittent fasting as a convenient way of eating. Some days I break my fast at around 12:00 using this stuff, and it keeps me full until I consume my lunch a couple of hours later. It’s tough to mix but is so filling due to the thick consistency and protein content. The strawberry flavour is very sweet but I really like the chocolate. Recommend most people use it as a pre bed snack for the slow release of amino acids. Goes Well With:Water

Nice smell, bad mixability
3I bought the chocolate casein and it smells great, like chocolate smooth whey. However, it doesn't mix no matter how long you shake it, with milk or water. The consistency is awful, like gravel. I think this would be a good casein if not for the mixability, but for now I'd avoid it.

Great Stuff
5Love this stuff! On a lower calorie diet helps me keep my protein high on a cut. The chocolate flavour is not quite chocolate-y enough for me so I add a little cocoa powder (super high fibre) so its all good and then even with skim milk this is crazy delicious. Love making shakes from it. Going to try making chia seed pudding to add some variety, but can't rate this enough.

Low carb great tasting protwin powder
5I live this product. Have been using it for over a year now and will continue to do so. Great product and tstes great. Goes Well With:Water and baked goods

Tastes Awesome
5I've been taking this for a little while now and it tastes awesome. I've got the chocolate flavour and it makes a nice thick milkshake. Just mix it with 175 - 200ml water per serving. Good stuff.Goes Well With:Water

1This taste is so disgusting, smells like low quality chocolate mix with chemicals... Only drink twice and I threw it away.
