Great Stuff
4It seems to be helping, only been on it for a week or two but noticing a difference. However, be careful if you're lactose intolerant, does have some gassy effects.Goes Well With:Almond Milk

Good overnight protein
5Got unflavoured which was an error. Good high quality 25g of protein per shake. Doesn’t mix as well as whey but you’re not using it like whey. Does what it os expected to Goes Well With:Milk

5Mixes well, tastes good and doesn’t foam up like other casein I’ve used. Worth trying.

Rice cake ice cream
5Love this stuff can’t lie. Mix with a small amount of water so it makes a thick fluffy paste, put between two rice cakes and freeze for a mad desert! Sometimes add pb2 on top for extra flavour! Soooo good I have it everyday Goes Well With:Recovery overnight

Perfect for slow protein release
4Bought to supplement need for proteins late evening/night. Good chocolate flavour, good price for what you get. Mix ability could be better as it’s a bit lumpy but you can’t really complaint too much as it’s a casein protein so that’s normal.

Phenomenal gains in Strength
5Mixes really easily, tastes great, and not all proteins are equal, Casein in my experience is as effective as Whey Isolate.
