1Diet protein but I've just found out it contains corn syrup solids(other name maltodextrin)This is worse than refined sugar and does not help with weight loss at all..Binned

Disappointed
2I used to use this years ago but they must’ve changed the recipe as it’s not the same. I was using the straight whey protein (c&c flavour) and switched to this to aid with a diet I’m following. It tastes totally different, like a really odd taste as though it’s gone off and it doesn’t mix will at all. It’s quite difficult to stomach with the taste and lumpiness. I’ll be switching back to the original whey next time.

Strawberry Shortcake Impact Diet Whey
5This has been my favourite protein powder since I tried it about 6 years ago. I always have a few flavours on the go, just so that I don’t get bored but strawberry shortcake is the only one I’ve consistently bought. I’m not sure if it was discontinued for a while, as it wasn’t on the flavours list for about a year. Thankfully though, I still kept coming back to check and finally it reappeared! It mixes well with everything I’ve tried; water, almond milk, yoghurt and blitzed in a smoothie with carrot and water (don’t knock it until you’ve tried it, trust me!) and yummy in a smoothie with water, banana and peanut butter! I don’t tend to drink it as a shake much (although I have and it’s great), I prefer to mix it with my overnight oats or just water and use it as a thick cereal milk..also yummy, as my post workout breakfast. Just please don’t stop stocking this flavour again!Goes Well With:Water as a shake, yoghurt, in smoothies…don’t be afraid to add a scoop to anything!

Delicious and very filling
5I ordered the strawberry shortcake flavour a while back and that was delicious. I mix it with water for the lower calorie content and put in the fridge the night before. 60g with about 400ml of water, the mixability is good and doesn't dilute the flavour at all even with that amount of water. I also bought the latte flavour for when I want a coffee fix. I would say these protein shakes work. I'm not trying to build muscle, just tone up with some weight lifting and this really helps with muscle recovery and muscle growth. I have noticed a significant improvement after 1 month of drinking this.

Yummy choc
5Love the choc whey mixes well such a great taste. Great in shakes and mixes well with yoghurt for a protein desert. Better alternative than pricey protein yoghurts and hidden additives. So yummy if frozen for a short time like icecream Goes Well With:Shakes yoghurt

5Completely obsessed with this protein powder due to the coconut flavour. Will definitely be repurchasing! Goes Well With:Anything and everything and transforms my overnight oats!
