Best tasting shake ever
5I have these for breakfast and sometimes dinner and after a work out. They taste delicious. The strawberry shortcake is the best for me and can be mixed with milk or water (i blend with ice too) and voth ways tastes the same but texture is slightly more creamier with milk. Wouldnt choose another shake now. I have noticed a big change in my shape and loss of fat with using this too. Goes Well With:Water and milk (either way blended with ice is amazing)

5I've been using this product for over six months and very happy with it. Nice mixing, consistency and great protein. Great bioavailability of 22 grams per 25gm serving. I have never had anything better than this one. Just love the Salted caramel flavor. Wet bread
3I bought cookies and cream flavour. I haven’t really used this long enough to give a fair review on its effectiveness. It says impact diet whey but it’s 200+ Calories without milk - doesn’t really bother me that much about the calories but why call it diet? The taste of it is not like cookies and cream at all. It tastes like what I imagine a Victorian meal would taste of, a mixture of soggy bread and mead. Don’t get me wrong, it’s drinkable but not enjoyable. Previously I bought salted Caramel flavour which is amazing but I thought I’d branch out and try this. It does mix well and hopefully does do the job. Goes Well With:The bin

False Advertising
3After reading Matt's review about calorie content being higher per serving than the normal Impact Whey, I contacted customer services to try and get to the bottom of it. Turns out the Diet Impact Whey is actually a meal replacement Shake, although it doesn't mention this anywhere on the description, including suggested use. Very misleading! So only buy this if you are looking to replace meals with shakes. If you are looking for a protein shake to have after workouts, go for the normal whey protein. Here's the response 'Impact whey protein is a whey concentrate with a higher calorie content, and slower digestion rate more suitable for muscle building. The diet whey is a meal replacement shake' I have used the product before, but as a shake after a work out, not a meal replacement. It is a good powder, mixes well, and tastes good.

good stuff
5i was told about this company from a friend and looked it up, as i need to loose some weight i was thinking it is worth a try and so i ordered quiet a lot and with discounts it was really good value. The product arrived after just 2 days so i tried the choc truffle but instead of mixing with water i used almond milk sugar free......WOW absolutely amazing and so are the other flavours and now i am hooked...my protein levels increased and i have lost 7lbs so i am really happy....Goes Well With:sugar free Almond milk
