Delicious and already noticing changes!!
5I’ve had the Impact Diet Whey for 2 weeks in flavour Chocolate. I have this everyday after my workouts. I do 3 intense work outs in the week and do power walking for the remainder days. I have lost 3 pound so far. My aim is to lose unwanted fat but build muscle in certain areas. I am already quite toned but I want to increase my protein intake minus the fat and carbs. The Chocolate flavour works for me but I am open to trying different flavours. Oat milk is my go to with this flavour. I find that 2 full scoops can be too much. So I have 1 full scoop and a heap of a second scoop and add 200-400ml of oat milk. I haven’t yet tried with water. Almond milk is a nice combo but oat milk is my favourite. I love this product. Next one I’m trying is cookies and cream. I also want to try the pancake mix! Thank you xxGoes Well With:Oat milk or almond milk 🤎

5Been using this protein for a month now and I love it and definitely seeing results. If you are trying to loose weight but keeping your protein intake up then this is the product for you. Can’t recommend enough and very good value for money.

Well worth the money
5Very easily mixed or blended and doesn't have that protein taste like most shakes, I have 2 a day and my progress has been really goodGoes Well With:Full fat milk

5One of the best protein powder I have ever used.. Tastes soo good, loved the chocolate smooth, salted caramel and chocolate brownie flavors a lot. Doesn't leave any after taste. Bland taste
4Basic protein nothing special no complaints, don’t get unflavoured if it’s going to be the main addant to your meal/shake. not bad does the job. that’s all really other than false advertising. Claims it’s ‘diet impact’ but really has more calories than the regular protein so get that if your on a diet instead.Goes Well With:In shakes in oatmeal protein french toast
