Basic protein powder
4A good basic protein powder. Don’t be fooled by the huge ‘diet’ slogan as it has more calories per scoop and less protein content than the regular impact protein, so just go for that. Only bought this for price and flavour, I normally buy soy or vegan protein! Nothing special about this protein powder, cookies n creme or vanilla are my go to. No complaints and you get what you pay for!Goes Well With:Protein french toast (dependant on flavour) protein pancakes, in oatmeal.

5One of the best protein powder I have ever used.. Tastes soo good, loved the chocolate smooth, cookies n cream and chocolate brownie flavors a lot. Doesn't leave any after taste. Tastes just like a milkshake
5I love. I am using this as a meal replacement shake as the macros are so good and it is so filling. You have to let it sit for a minute otherwise it is a bit lumpy but I think the lumps add to the milkshake feel. Tastes like a slightly less sweet Oreo milkshake. Cannot recommend enough with these macros wow can't wait to start seeing results!

5Despite being lactose in tolerant, i prefer this over the soya as it tastes do much better. No upset stomachs, no bad after tastes or any clumps. I had strawberry cheesecake and it is so refreshing, worth buying. Mixes well after a few mins and keeps your stomach quiet for a while! Goes Well With:Alpro soya milk or water

Upset stomach
2I wouldn’t personally buy this again for many reasons. 1) every time I consume it it flys out of me 2) the taste is very synthetic and has a gritty texture 3) it’s mixes terrible 4) the chocolate flavour is very synthetic and almost perfume-y tasting

Not protein
2This product is a meal replacement shake not a diet whey. If they were to remove the oat powder to keep the other ingredients and the calories lower.Goes Well With:Not having other carbs in tour diet

Diet Whey protein-Thumbs up
5Absolutely love this product, I have the strawberry and vanilla flavours. Great tasting, mix well and not lumpy, not powdery. Highly recommend
