Good all round
4I’ve just started using this and the taste is very nice, easy to mix in a shaker and seems to be working in line with expectations. I’m following the Body Coach plan and using this as my protein post workout.

Diet whey protein
5As always the delivery was quick to arrive which is always great . My self and my 3 lads all use the protein and have all found it probably 1 of the best we’ve used 1. Mixing - the powder mixed great with either milk or water no chucks or big lumps of unmixed powder in the bottom when using a blender or mixed by hand . 2. Taste - cookies and cream love it the best taste ever say no more 10 out of 10 3. Effectiveness - my 3 lads 17,17 and 22 used the protein through the lock down period along side your creatine mono hydrate tablets and bcca powder and all had great results in both muscle size and definition .myself 49 found it great at maintaining my muscle size and helped with my recovery.Goes Well With:We mix it with crunchy peanut butter and a banana lovely

5I've enjoyed the shake. I drink mine with milk and not water. I found 2 scoops was too much for me with the amount of milk required to mix it, so I just use one, but it still works just as well!

Impact diet whey
5Ordered two flavours, the cookies and cream and chocolate mint. First tried the cookies and cream 2 scoops in unsweetened almond milk with ice whizzed up in nutribullet, amazing loved it it. Kind of like Oreo milkshake, Definitely killed sugar craving. Was excited then to try chocolate mint the next day, did the same thing two scoops ice almond milk but I wasn't as excited about this one, I wasn't as hungry as I was the day I had the cookies and cream too so said I'd give it another chance a few days later. Still felt like it was missing something. To be fair though I wanted it to taste more along the lines of chocolate mint icecream. I just felt like it needed something else, like it wasn't mint enough. So then I decided to add a few drops of chocolate flavdrops to it, and perfect, the chocolate drops brought out the flavour more somehow. So that's my extremely long review which noone will probably bother to finish reading 😂

White chocolate chalk bar
2Very poor, chocolate flavoured chalk bar. Wouldn’t recommend or buy again. If you can manage to chew and swallow each bite it is very filling and not too sweet which is good. Goes Well With:The money in your bank, don’t purchase!

4Nice taste to this, fruity and fresh. Not sure it gave me the energy I was looking for but it defiantly helped my workout.

5this is ur product if u love ur flavour but on a diet or in a calorie deficit, this flavour is the best I've ever tasted, highly recommend

Great protein shake
5Love this chocolate shake. Mixes well and tastes great with almond milk. Has helped me drop pounds mixed with exercise and a healthy diet. I will continue to purchase.Goes Well With:Almond milk
