my opinion on impact diet whey
5I have been using this product for about 6 weeks and have noticed a change in my awareness and in my energy levels, although i am counting calories. I use the natural vanilla and chocolate mint protein powder. This product is great and very tasty although for the vanilla flavour i would recommend mixing with some fruit for extra flavour although it is nice on its own. The chocolate mint flavour doesn't taste fake or artificial although i would recommend that you mix it in a blendar as it can sometimes go a bit lumpy. Sometimes i add a banana for thickness.I am 15 years old and decided to use this product to help me with my weight loss journey i believe that this product does work and along the way has helped me to lose 2st 2lb so far. I highly recomend this product.Goes Well With:I add milk,ice and fruit to the vanilla flavour and have it with a apple and to the chocolate mint flavour i add ice,milk and a bannana for thickness and have it with fruit or a oat bar for breakfast.

5I find vanilla to be the best as its good tasting and mint chocolate is one where you either like it or you don't as there is no in between .Goes Well With:only tried water and milk but both do the job

Great Whey - bag needs some work
4I have been using whey for sometime to aid my weight loss and the product is super and easy to mix. My only issue with the 5kg bag is that the seal at the top isn’t really man enough for the job, and I would far rather have a tub of it in my cupboard rather than a bag.Goes Well With:Porridge..... absolutely love it!

Perfect for Lean Bulking
4For me, Diet Whey works better than the Impact Whey when I'm lean bulking. It's got a more rounded nutritional value, a more varied list of ingredients, and can also be used as meal replacement if necessary. Its got everything that Impact Whey offers while keeping you more trim at the same time. I look far better while I'm on this than the Impact Whey too. Goes Well With:A dedicated food plan and work out regime

Excellent product
5Great tasting product really enjoy this After my workouts. Sometimes a bit lumpy, use a mixer! Apart from that no other complaints. Goes Well With:I have this with my smoothie mix!

Whey diet protein
5I bought the cookies and cream flavour to try something new, i usually stick with banana or strawberry and it tastes great. Mixes ok as long as you give it a good shake before drinking. Goes Well With:Water. Not tried it with milk as i am trying to cut my body fat %

5The cookies and cream is amazing, especially you mix it with ice and cold water then put it in fridge or freezer for ten mins. It's to die for. Yum yum.Goes Well With:Just drink it on its own. It's lush.
