Not worth the calories
2I tried the strawberry shortcake flavour. Absolutely vile - overpowering artificial sweetener flavour, made it unpleasant to drink and even small amounts overpowered the fruit or yoghurt I tried to hide it in. Better than the Whey Isolate sample I tried, but I'll go back to the brand of lower cal protein mix I know and actually enjoy drinking.

Awesome meal replacement hack
5i love this stuff For a meal replacement. My hack is, mix it with 250ml of unsweetened almond milk and add 3-4 frozen banana slices and blend it up in a proper smoothie maker to mix it up well and it makes it into a thick chocolate smoothy with a slight banana flavour where the frozen banana kind of chills it into what I think an almost identical Consistency and taste of a McDonald’s chocolate milkshake. The bananas also give you a little bit extra carbs i suppose but thats not why I use them. Drink it through a Large straw and you’ll know what i mean about the same consistency lol! It is Super filling and delicious!Goes Well With:Almond milk, banana, strawberries

Good
4Im not keen on the mint choc flavour, but it is filling. Used this after the meal replacement blend was discontinued. I much prefer the MRB, and wouldnt buy this flavour again.

3Im abit disspointed. This is my first time. Using anything like this and I have no clue on how to make this.. Just says add two. Scoops to water or milk.. But how much doesn't say on the back of the packet either.

Amazing
5ohhh my why didn't I find this flavour sooner!!! Great taste as a shake, ive been using to sprinkle over yoghurt too...versatile and tasty

Weird
2I previously purchased the chocolate flavour and got chocolate brownie this time . This one seems to have a weird banan after taste which is fairly unpleasant, but it is still the best powder out there period.

Very surprised and happy
5My first time trying protein shake, was sceptical. However jumped on the bandwagon and gave it a go. Mixes so well. I thought id need my nutribullet or blender.. Nope. Just used my shake with the metal ring inside and it was perfect. Taste was brilliant too, i assumed shakes don't taste too good. But they actually do! Sometimes find it hard to hit my protein macro goal so ill have this. Other times I want it post work out. Ive been having this alongside my weightloss journey. I still eat good big nutritious meals, and take this on the days i work out. I've lost weight due to calorie defecit, exercise and this shake which helps keep me energised and works its magic internally. Goes Well With:Semi skimmed milk
