5Have been using protein shakes a while, none worked For me, until I found this brand. I love the chocolate mint flavour, I have it in my fasting window which is 1pm-6pm...then have a meal later on. This shake takes away the cravings for sweet things and is good for protein etc.. Have now ordered the cookies and cream, the rocky road and peanut butter and chocolate to try. Many friends are also now buying this. I’ve lost weight and more importantly cm on my belly lol Goes Well With:Whole milk

5Just started using this company after finding it on the Bluelight card website. I’ve been into fitness for about a year now and have been looking into correct nutrition as my interest in fitness has grown. I’ve tried other protein powder brands and they were good but when i tasted this item i was amazed at how good it was. It mixes well and if you keep it in the fridge for a few hours it turns into a delicious thick shake.Goes Well With:I use soya milk to mix it with and put it on my fibre rich cereal with a banana.

4due to lack of protien in my diet and dieting, i felt i needed extra protien, it was money well spent. Easy to mix and taste good also. I recommend mix with skimmed milk and not water. i will definitely be purchasing some more. One very happy customer.

Strawberry shortcake whey
5Chose the strawberry shortcake flavour. Super tasty. Easy to blend. I choose to blend with some skimmed milk and water. Also lovely in smoothies. I use it to help with DOMS and it definetly helps! Goes Well With:Milk Water Smoothie

Good quality
4I have ordered the Diet Whey on a few occasions and I find it of good quality. I take the Vanilla flavour as I find it suits my taste even though others flavours are available. The whey drink keeps me full in the middle of the day, after my exercise, and hence controls my appetite as part of my diet.

5After initially ordering the 1kg of Strawberry flavour, it tasted great and has had the impact I wanted so I’ve ordered a new 2.5kg bag to make sure I don’t run out! Great product! Goes Well With:Fresh or Frozen Strawberries.

Tastes amazing
5I love this flavour definitely my go too at the minute. Tastes amazing, it can be a little lumpy but I don’t mind that as it gives the impression of shortcake pieces. Goes Well With:Milk, soya milk, water.
