Great product
5Although this is diet whey the calories are higher than standard whey but you have to understand the added ingredient are helpful to weightloss and metabolism so in effect have greater weight loss properties than the lower calorie standard whey protein. I have found i can lose weight with this higher calorie product more so than the lower standard protein. I know it doesnt make sense but on a hard workout eating more goid whole foods actually causes a greater calorie burn. An excellent effective product.

Works Like Magic
5Dieting doesn’t have to be boring if you go about it the right way and plan your meals ahead. I’ve had a weight problem since I first became diabetic in 1980,when I suddenly went from being underweight at 6’3” tall and just 14stone 6pounds wet through.Withing 6 months I weighed in at just under 20 stones and my lifelong battle with weight control and dieting began. Back then dieting was boring and we didn’t have the help of modern products like Diet Protein For the last 6 months my daily carb intake has been less than 50 a day so no sweet foods, until I discovered Diet Protein. Now I don’t know what I’d do without it. I mean don’t get me wrong there are many different flavours in Diet Protein.So far I’ve had Chocolate Orange, Chocolate Mint and Banana. This Proteins a real winner in my book and it’s helped me lose 2.5 stone so far And I feel great! Thank you as always MP.Goes Well With:Water Skimmed Milk Flavour Drops Instant Oats

5Great product easy to mix, have at least two a day, part of my daily food intake and as assisted me in turning fat into muscle abs staying lean. Goes Well With:On its own delicious

Crohns Disease and Meal Replacement
5I Have Crohns Disease so struggle to eat a lot due to the pain so would find myself skipping meals at times. Im not able to "train" so I was a little worried about having protein shakes because stereotypically you'd think it's just for gym rats but I wanted to give this a go and try the digestive system a rest so thought id try these shakes meal replacement when for a protein boost throughout the day. By having this product I feel stronger both physically and mentally. Absolutely love this shake. I have tried the following and this is how I would rank them in taste : 1 .Cookies and cream 2.Chocolate 3. Strawberry Shortcake, 4 .Chocolate Mint 5.Vanilla But even at 5 Vanilla is still very nice. Seriously cannot recommend it enough Some of the reviews report it being too thick or watery but Id Ignore those for the simple fact that it would be due to the amount of water you add to the mixture and is all down to personal preference and its fixed by simply using more or less water according to what youd like. Goes Well With:Water

4I bought this impact first whey for speed up my weight loss progress 👍🏻 Btw, the taste need to improve but overall is good, high protein!

5Bought the natural vanilla flavour and tbf it’s pretty nice, mixed fairly easily also but sometimes there are a few small lumps of unmixed powder in the shaker. Starting to see results after 2 weeks so really pleased. Goes Well With:Tastes best with milk but is nice and a bit leaner with water and I also like adding it ready mixed into porridge with berries for breakfast

4Reasonably priced compared to other brands. Too sweet for my liking. It was not as thick as other shakes. Little too watery. It also tasted powdery. Other shakes I've tried mix better using just a shaker bottle.

Does what it says
4The tastes are great, they hold off the hungry feeling well and help promote weight loss I've found, the mixability however has never been right, no matter how you mix the powder or how small you sieve it you will never ever achieve a lump free shake, this might be a reflection of the shake rather than the powder howeverGoes Well With:Milk, only milk, dont drink with water its vile

Diet protein shake
5Superb shake. Really does as it claims.... tastes great and mixes really easily in both blender and shaker...... Flavours also mix well together to change them slightly Choc/vanilla Strawberry/choc (scoop of each flavour per shake) Goes Well With:Water
