Tasty and good value
5I use this instead of breakfast and keeps me full until dinner. I just mix it with water and it tastes nice (chocolate). I usually pop some ice in it to make it like a milkshake

Diet Whey Protein
4I thought the overall rating of the protein powder was really good with excellent taste, as it actually tastes like what it says on the powder. I gave effectiveness a 4 due to I am starting to see results but I just feel like it did take a couple weeks to kick in I don’t know if that’s normal or not and gave a 4 for mix-ability due to the odd time after a good shake there is still sometimes bits of powder that haven’t been shook. Will definitely be purchasing again.Goes Well With:I have only had mine with milk and it goes really well.
