4I really have enjoyed my mint chocolate protein powder. I have seen some great results using it, it’s low in calories and it mixes amazingly! Honestly I’ve only used it with milk, it tastes alright, shipped fast and I also use it as an alternative for a meal, great product, would recommend!Goes Well With:Milk

5I’ve ordered both the banana and mint chocolate diet whey and they both taste great. I used oat milk with both and the consistency was great

Overnight Cheesecake
5Got the chocolate coconut flavour and decided to use it for the overnight protein cheesecake. It tastes beaut and less that 500 calories all in. I’d definitely recommend it for a tasty filling breakfast.Goes Well With:Weetabix Chocolate oat milk Far free yoghurt

Impact Diet Whey Protein packs nutty punch
5My daily hit of two scoops in my breakfast smoothie really sets me up for the day. I feel alert and more human once I've had that smoothie! Easy to prepare with my ingredients to hand from fridge, freezer, store cupboard and fruit bowl. I chose the coconut flavour thinking it would be less sweet than my usual go-to vanilla but it is just as sweet! No huge set back but I'd hoped, if less sweet, I could use it more broadly in cooking towards savoury options. So that definitely can't happen. Still I'm happy to know this alternative tastes as good as vanilla and it's staple for a middle aged woman needing to up the protein in her life 🙂Goes Well With:Almond milk, apple/pear/plum, green banana, any green veg straight from freezer: runner beans, spinach, chard, peanut butter, mixed linseed, chia seeds and fruit
