5Ok this goes it ALL my overnight oats receipts, I love it. I need to try other flavours but I just love this one so much. Goes Well With:Overnight oats, or yoghurt with frozen berries and peanut butter! Chefs kiss!

5I use my protein in my overnight out and porridge and yogurt as well as just a plain milk drink and they mix well and taste awesome. I don't mix with water as I don't think it tastes as good.Goes Well With:Milk Yogurt Oats

5Firstly the flavours are actually really nice, I have tried with water and milk of course they taste better with milk however they taste just as nice with water but I suggest not going to milk first because it doesn't taste the same after going to water always try with water first. With the added ingredients it can taste a little bitty almost like drinking added crushed oats. I have always been a 50/50 as to have the diet whey or the normal whey, especially when I read the comment about calories being more, however, I researched this alot more reading into the different sections, now the scoop measurements are rather confusing because it says for the diet whey 60g (2 scoops) so stating 30g per scoop, however the normal whey is 25g a scoop. I have never actually used 2 scoops of the whey only 1 but if people wanted to look more into this please read below. Evaluating from 30g of Vanilla Diet Whey (flavours may vary slightly) it contains 110 calories, 1.75g fat (0.5g sats) 3.7g carbs (1.8g sugar) fibre 2.6g, 18.5g protein and also has additional :-Glutamine, CLA, Choline Bitartrate and Green Tea Evaluating from 30g (although states to have 25g) of Vanilla Impact Whey (flavours vary) 119 calories, 2.16g fat (1.44g sats) 2.16g carbs (2.16g sugar) 0.36g fibre, 22.8g protein I hope this helps people make their decision of which is better for them. Goes Well With:Milk, Water, smoothies (fruit) baking (cookies, cakes)

Great to have it back
5I went a month or so without this in my shakes and even though I only have.one scoop I felt the difference. It blends easily in to fruit smoothies as well as by itself in a shake. I have not found another protein powder that is so easy to use and that doesn't leave a strange taste in my.mouth. 100% recommend Goes Well With:Fruit
