5This works very well... I have lost 15kgs in 4 months... slow weight loss but happy all round... I buy the vanilla diet whey and add flavours which works well for me.. I sometimes battle with the pricing can work out expensive... I buy when there are offers mainly Goes Well With:I mix half milk half water

5First time using Whey protein, really enjoy it. Definitely helps with recovery post workout. Not using as meal replacement Goes Well With:Only use it with water but may get more adventurous with time
