5The only downside is the thickness, it does feel thicker than most and requires a bit of extra oomph when shaking it up. But other than that I love the diet whey because It has so much protein with minimal calories and I get that sweet taste that I don't get when im dieting.

5I have been taking the banana powder for a month and in combination with a calorie deficit , I have managed to lose just under a stone. This keeps you full until lunch time. I love to blend this with other fruits and 100ml of skimmed milk. Goes Well With:Raspberries Strawberries Blueberries
