Good product, tropical is my favourite

5Perfect for a pre, intra and post workout drink! Contains all 9 amino acids which helps kickstart protein synthesis in muscles 💪 a whey protein shake contains the same and more but it’s nice not to drink a thick protein shake during a workout.Goes Well With:Goes well with water and mix with creatine 💪

flavour gets better the more you use it. COLA
5I've used this product for a fair few months now and i like it. It does need you to keep using it to get the taste and the measurements down. But i do like drinking it through the day. cola flavour is pretty nice once you get the combo of water and powder right. i fill up a 1 litre bottle up and use three flat scoops. less sometimes if i just want a little hint of the flavour. I recommend this tho does it job.! and is at a really good price.Goes Well With:Water 1litre to 3 scoops.

Good for workout, good for endometriosis!
5I love this product, the pink grapefruit tastes amazing, mixes well and gives me energy throughout my workout. I use as intra and mix with my protein creatine and l-glutamine. I also suffer with endometriosis and was told that EAAs would improve my symptoms - before and during ovulating, I mix this with inositol to help reduce pain, inflammation and fatigue whilst and can confirm it does work rather well (not a cure, but is good to help reduce pain and inflammation) Goes Well With:Work out - creatine and l-glutamine. Daily drink - inositol.
