If i only knew about this before....
5I have to say i was skeptical that anything could ease the pain from working out, I'm severely disabled so pain is a long term companion, this has helped my recovery to be quicker and noticeably less pain. The cola one was powerful flavour just not for me where this one is tasty, creatine mixed well with it on none workout days but use usually on its own after my exercise and weights.

5My gll on to brand of protein, you can never go wrong with impact whey, great taste and mixes well, vanilla is a must!

Bad taste
1Just received for the first time...It is one of the most disgusting products I ever used.No even sure that I can consume it.Even if I hold my nose , I burp it up and it feels like I just eat a piece of rotten fish....Sorry guys, you have too change something about that.Don't know if the product is or it isn't effective?! Goes Well With:Goes well if you lost your sense of smelling

Tried flavoured and unflavoured
5I have tried both unflavoured and flavoured versions and personally i just want unflavoured and i just gulp it down 😅 it's not that bad weaklings, brussel sprouts are still worst xd. It tastes like strong salty water but you don't drink it to enjoy it so. Flavoured masks the taste very much by like 90% if you're a weakling 👍cola 7.5/10 🍇 grape 8/10 and very cool colour. Goes Well With:Lots of things, creatine, carbs

3Does not mix well and stays lumpy If you put in blender it foams up

Great and very accurate cola taste but..
4It's a bit underdosed compared to other EAAs in the market and I wished it had a hydration formula like Himalaya salt or some coconut extract and a bit of magnesium 7/10

5Great flavour , essential for my intra workout! Key part of my weekly supplementation, mixes super easily as well!
