DO NOT GET THE BLUE RASPBERRIES!
2I’ve been using MyProtein’s pre-workout in the blue raspberry flavor, and while it’s effective, the taste leaves much to be desired. The pre-workout mixes well with water and other liquids, with no clumping or residue, which is a plus. In terms of performance, it definitely gives a good boost of energy and focus, helping me power through my workouts. However, the taste is where it falls short. It’s incredibly bitter, and the blue raspberry flavor comes across as artificial and unpleasant. I’ve tried mixing it with different liquids, but the bitterness is hard to mask. If flavor is important to you, this one might be tough to get through. While it does its job, I can’t say I enjoy drinking it. Overall, it’s effective, but I really hope they improve the taste.

5I really enjoy this pre workout particularly the cola flavour. It tastes and mixes great and gives me a suitable boost for training.Goes Well With:Creatine

Enough to get you getting to get off the chair for a focussed workout
4No bullshit mix with good taste and ingredients in the right quantity to get you through the workout on days where you struggle with low energy or mood. Good Price
