Pre-Workout…Blue Raspberry
4Tried this for the first time and as someone with a sweet tooth; loved the taste…like eating liquid Haribo!! Wife said it looked like a shaker with washing up liquid in it; but colour is bright and is quite cheery and inviting May need to take it regularly to get the full benefit and will report back in due course…now off to the gym!!Goes Well With:Water

Solid pre workout
4Does the job. Solid pre workout that gives a nice bit of energy without feeling too over the top energised like i did with c4. Cola flavour is mad nice looks horrible but taste is classGoes Well With:Covers taste of creatine well in water

Works very quickly!
4Very happy with the item, feel the affects within 10 minutes. It tastes nothing like cola but a lot like the old fireballs I used to have as a kid so I don’t mind it. Goes Well With:Blueberry creatine from myprotein

Good Energy Boost
5Gives me the energy boost I need for gym after a day's work. The Orange Mango Passionfruit flavour is fruity but tends to leave a tingly sensation in my mouth (presumably from the acidic ingredients). The Cola flavour is more palatable and enjoyable.

Does exactly what it says on the pack!
5What can I say? First pre workout I’ve used in a while and it does exactly what it claims too. Tastes great, mixes easily and within 15 minutes my palms and itching and my face feels like it’s melting off. Doesn’t give you a jittery anxious hangover like other brands either. Very pleased!
