4It tastes alright unless you get some that settles in the bottom then it is really strong and not so nice, however it is effective I definitely noticed a difference but there are some side effects such as itchiness and increased anxietyGoes Well With:Water

Lovely taste
5This is great before a workout. Dead easy to prepare and has a really nice taste to it. Definitely fires you up just before that workout.

Great product
4Great supplement to have before a workout as it gives me the energy to get through a session and finish with a decent pump. I don’t use a shaker cup for this just mix it into some water with a spoon and down it before I leave the house. There is a bit of a chemical aftertaste which may put some people off but other than that tastes pretty good.Goes Well With:Water

1The blue raspberry is really nice flavour wise but the pre workout has absolutely no effect on me
