Top quality protein shake!
5The flavour tastes amazing! Mixes really easy with no bits. Tastes excellent with milk or water and I have definitely seen good results from having this once a day after working out for the past 6 weeks. I highly recommend! Goes Well With:Milk or water

Decent when you need it
4Good taste, a little sweet but better when mixed with milk. Does the trick if i need a boost to calories and protein during the day or before i go to bed and it has definitely made a difference - am up 6kg and people are noticing. There's definitely weight gainers with more calories and protein on the market but this is good value and overall would recommendGoes Well With:Milk
