not nice tasting
1did not taste like an ice latte, found it was quite gritty too and didn’t dissolve as well as some of the other protein powders, overall don’t recommend

Very strong flavour
3I bought this to try as I've really enjoyed the iced latte diet whey and slow release casine, however in this cause I found the coffee flavouring to be much too strong. I've had to drop the dose by a 3rd to make it drinkable which kind of defeats the point of having it over normal whey. Do however find I have more energy for my workout on this over a standard protein Goes Well With:Lots of milk and water

5Have it every night before bed and goes down like a treat, helps to pack on the extra calories in an easy and efficient liquid form, have with milk or water and mixes well. Can’t complain
