Top quality supplement
5Used this powered for a while now, and it’s pretty much perfect. I use it after my morning gym session, It massively helps me reach my daily protein goals. And it’s filling which sustains me up until lunch, meaning I snack less which helps me reach my personal fitness goals. The flavour I use is vanilla, and it tastes pretty good! Not sickly or artificial tasting. The mix is pretty good, bearing in mind it’s quite a thick shake with it being full of carbs too, takes a bit more shaking than a isolate, but it’s all good 👍🏼 Highly recommended
