Not really efficient
3Takes 3 scoops to get 30g of protein, 46g of carbs and 388cal so you have to use quite a bit for very little in the end compared to other weight gainers. Tastes fine and works well but kind of misleading since you're using 3 scoops rather than 1 and if you're trying to hit a calorie surplus you're getting very little out of 1 shake. If you try to blend it in a small blender you wont be able to get enough milk in if you add other stuff.Goes Well With:Milk, fruit

5Unreal taste , I've tried so so many proteins which have a horrible taste but we love this one!! Well worth the money even at full price! Makes you feel very filled up which is brill! Goes Well With:Fresh strawberry's, banana, Oates, collagen powder

5This is The Best quality on the market without a doubt. Great variety of flavours. Texture is superb, I usually have Unflavoured but their flavours are also spot on! And overall it does the job it’s meant for. The price is reasonable too compared to other Retailers, I Highly recommend this.
