Great results
5I've been taking creatine monohydrate for several months now as an extra sup along with my whey protein (post workout), i try to take it around 20 minutes before a workout however taking it any time during the day works just fine. I take approx 7g a day and i get a noticable buzz from it, also i feel it gives a better pump after a session and therefore enhancing muscle growth in the long run. As far as flavours go, its always got that bitter sweet taste no matter which ones you try i find! but its only 150-250ml so just see it off! great value for money as well, the 1kg you can get 200 servings out of! Fantastic product from a fantastic company. I always wait for good discounts to come along

5I have been using this for more than 3years and it does suits my daily protein need specially during my pre and post workout sessions. I can see improvements and compared with other protein powder that I have used before, I don’t feel any bloating through my stomach or feeling nauseous.
