Good
4Good protein which is great for fitting in protein whilst on a low fat intake. An improvement on taste could be a point to slightly improve as the taste is very weak. However an all round good product. Goes Well With:Post workout cereal

Decent all round
4Nice sweet banana flavour, beat served with a banana & almond milk in a blender. Only negative - doesn’t seem to mix with porridge to boost the taste & protein in the porridge- seems to curdle. Goes Well With:Banana, almond milk & a blender

Foams too much
2I’ve used the product for years and I've been very happy with it. For some reason two last pouches have produced a lot of foam while mixing and also the taste is different. So maybe it is time to change to another brand.

My Favourite!
5I have always used Optimal Nutrition Gold Protein in the past but decided to have a look around see if there were any alternatives and was impressed with the simple "no extra rubbish" ingredients and the Labdoor testing / rating. This is a nice flavour that does not have a synthetic taste so I would recommend if you like vanilla in general.Goes Well With:Anything vanilla would!

Perfect Protein
5This protein isolate is a great product that a high amount of pure protein with minimal carbs and fat, making it great for lean bulking and those looking to gain a higher protein intake but watch their overall calorie intake. The powder itself is very versatile making it great for shakes but also to be used in recipes for an added protein kick.

Best I’ve tried
52nd time using My Protein whey isolate and is now my go to brand Some great deals come through via email and always good value for money Mixes well, tastes great and so far great results...recommended brand for sports nutrition 👍🏻Goes Well With:I mix mine with almond milk, a banana, chia seeds, porridge oats for a morning shake and post workout with water
