5It is very good for building muscle as it is pure protein. Every time I workout heavily, I won’t suffer too much pain after those workout💪🏻

Good protein
4I purchased this as I heard isolated whey protein is better than regular whey. This protein is nice and goes well in thes smoothie too! I recommend to mix with milk if you like it to be thicker.

Just the help I needed
5I don’t normally review items but thought I would on this occasion as I’ve been pretty pleased with this product. I’m just starting my third bag of this since starting in near the end of October, I’ve been taking two scoops with milk twice a day and it’s really helped me get the extra calories I need, I have been trying to eat more too but none the less this has deffo helped get my extra calories in to meet my target easier, I’ve put on just over half a stone with two bags of these. Tastes good too for any one who buys with taste in mine. Compared to other gainers the sugar is quite low which is what Drew me to it. Four scoops with 800ml of milk gives me roughly 750 extra calories per day which before I just wasn’t getting in due to time and mainly laziness being honest. Goes Well With:Milk

Vanilla whey
4Good product, this is better than other products I've brought from other companies for a few reasons, it mixes better. Sometimes not perfect but better than some. The flavour is good too in vanilla. I feel like it's maybe too strong and sweet rather than a Actual vanilla flavour though which puts me off a little but comparing to other vanilla powders I've used it, it doesn't taste as synthetic. Tastes like marshmallow almost... Nice to digest if that's an issue. Digests very well for me and other people who have tried some of this I brought. (One person who'd get real issues with digestion and protein powders usually )Goes Well With:Quick easy with milk if you use the right amount, some might find it too sweet so taste with smaller amounts before putting multiple scoops in if taste and strong sweetness bothers you
