Best post workout shake
5I got the strawberry natural impact whey isolate. Great post workout shake. Tastes 'whey' better than the basic whey protein shakes. Helps me bypass unhealthy snacks.Goes Well With:I always have them with bananas. Really compliments them :D

Interesting
3Easily mixed though has a lot of froth which isn't nice to drink. I've yet to find a palletable way of taking this as there is so much sweetener that is all I can taste. For someone who doesn't take sugar usually this is unpleasantly sweet.

Staple supplement
5This is extremely easy mixed product with no blending required. I use the unflavoured which is very palatable with no chalky after taste and makes a perfect compliment to mix with instant oats, a banana and a little peanut butter. Taste is not that nice
4I have ordered a white chocolate flavour.I don't like the taste of it.Milk chocolate taste OK but white chocolate not for me at all

5A decent, easily mixable protein that has a significantly higher protein content that the standard Impact Whey Protein, it's worth tha extra money. I bought the Natural Strawberry flavour which has always been nice, still not bored of it. Tastes just like a product which sounds similar to DressClick, it with all the added protein. I feel the Isolate tastes lighter than the standard protein. I always mix with full fat milk. Goes Well With:Full fat milk

Vanilla flavour
3Got the vanilla flavour for a change as I usually get the strawberry which by the way is great for taste and mixing. The vanilla was really bad for mixing was left with chunks stuck in my shaker even after vigourous shaking, also about half turned into froth as well every time. Wouldn't recommend the vanilla but I've had strawberrry and chocolate brownie both perfect.Goes Well With:Water, milk

Great Value, Great Gains
5My first Pouch and surely not the last one Great Effectiveness Mixes great with water & milk does not mix well with yogurt because of the thickness of yogurt (mix first with water then yogurt) Natural Chocolate tastes good, not great. Overall I loved the product, response from myprotein online customer care and delivery in Riga, Latvia reached before the expected time. I workout in the evening so, it does not messes up my sleep after taking post workout shake. I take it usually between 9PM-10PM and still go to bed by 12 AM. Never gave me bloating, gas and other problems. I take half or full scoop in mornings too. Quality is great. Satisfied with the product. Goes Well With:Water (Post workout) Milk (Before sleep) Sometimes after lunch with yogurt
