The best protein
5This is the first protein ive used which I'm not sick of using daily. the taste is mild which is how I like it at least with the strawberry cream cant say much on effectiveness as I haven't used it long enough but I feel the same as I did when using optimum nutrition and usn so cant be bad at all! the best thing about this shake is the mixability as 2 scoops could easily mix in a small glass of water with no lumps or massive foams, its like drinking water which is how I like it. I never give reviews but I felt this deserved one. Goes Well With:water, smoothie

Banana
4Previously had the Strawberry flavour which was very nice, opted for Banana this time for a change which actually tastes like pepper with a hint of artificial banana... wouldn't recommend this flavour.

amazing taste, mixture, no farts

Thin but does the trick
4The taste of the natural strawberry is great, it reminds me of strawberry Nesquik. I mix mine with water (on a VCLD) but can see how it would go really well with milk or coconut milk. The recommended amount is one scoop, which is 98cals, and I find even with very little water it is still a thin consistency. This can be helped a little bit by adding a tsp or two of psyllium husk, but without adding more shake I can't see how it'd be suitably thick. It does, however, fill me up from 7am to my 10.30am snack, and the convenience is great as I keep it in my drawer at work for an instant breakfast post-gym.Goes Well With:Water Milk Childhood memories
