Convenient substitute
5I was recommended whey protein by my doctor as a great way to keep up on my daily protein intake. I have recently started the weight loss injection Mounjaro and this can affect your appetite. For me is most definitely has and I use whey protein for breakfast and lunch as I have no hunger for this two meals and to be honest I never ate breakfast anyway and would go without any source of nourishment. I have got a variety of flavours and enjoy them all (although I don't like the Limited mango that much). It's so easy to mix and drink and really tasty. Goes Well With:I use water to mix as I don't like milk. I thought this would dilute the taste but far from it.

Flavour review
5Chocolate brownie: 9/10 good with water and milk Cinnamon danish: 4/10 maybe if you love cinnamon but i thought it had a funny after taste Chocolate orange: 10/10 best flavour tastes amazing Chocolate mint: 9/10 tastes really good if you love mint choc Chocolate caramel: 7/10 its okay not as good as chocolate brownie but still nice, not a massive caramel flavour either Goes Well With:Milk and water

Great
5MyProtein’s impact whey is great overall. The mocha flavour is very nice however can be too sweet if mixed with milk. It’s versatile and great for a shake, protein pancakes etc. My go to powder.
