A good inexpensive protein
4I find it easy to mix, good tasting (Chocolate) and it seems to be effective. The best thing is it is very good value for the money. I'm sticking with it.Goes Well With:semi-skimmed milk.

5When I opened it, the smell put me off and I thought it would be another horrid tasting protein shake. But surprise! It taste like a chocolate milkshake and it's enjoyable to drink/eat. Also, amazing value *****Goes Well With:Breakfast: wheatabix topped with coconut milk, sprinkle of cinnamon and double chocolate impact whey protein.

Impact Whey Protein Stevia Chocolate
5I was very nicely surprised with the taste of this flavour. It is not too sweet and not too artificial like other brands that I have previously tried in the past. It mixes very well and quick, even with yoghurt in the bowl. I love it!Goes Well With:soya plain yoghurt & unsweetened almond milk - for not too sweet taste

Unflavoured Impact Whey
5Made the transition from Optimum Nutrition double chocolate - about to reorder. It tastes plain. Only tried it with milk however so can't comment on other lubricants. Saying that (as someone with a savoury palette) it is nice with Fage 0%. I haven't tried any of the other MP flavours but opted for unflavoured as good flavours seem hard to come by, at least that's what I gather from a number of YouTube reviewers. I also wanted to eliminate artificial sweeteners from my diet. Mixes as well as ON, cheaper too.Goes Well With:Some fava beans and a nice chianti

Flavoured protein powder
5Use it in smoothies, overnight oats, pancakes I have tried the vanilla and chocolate flavours so far both lovely with very little after taste
