Good product but not a fan of the cinnamon flavour
5I’ve had the vanilla flavour of this before and it was very solid, so tried the cinnamon as well and am not a fan. It has a weird artificial sweet flavour to it and isn’t very nice. Other flavours are great but I would avoid the cinnamon one

Best protein powder
5Salted caramel is my go-to flavour; really nice taste and not too sweet. Mixes very easily in water. Also find that if I add creatine it doesn't give gut discomfort like creatine alone with water does. V fast delivery. Hard to objectively comment on effectiveness on 'Project Beefcake' but content knowing that protein intake should not be a limiting factor.Goes Well With:great made with water or 50/50 water/semi-skimmed milk

5I've been using imapct whey protein Vanilla flavor for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. It dissolves easily in water or milk, leaving a smooth texture without any grittiness.
