Wow, how have I not discovered this before!
5This has completely changed my life and how I plan my diet. I’ve struggled to loose weight and it turns out I wasn’t eating enough protein. Using this powder is my diet has really helped with my weight loss. (I make sure I use the right amount for my weight and my exercise routine). 5i think i actually prefer this to the chocolate smooth variety. tastes great, what more could you want?Goes Well With:milk. you can use water, sure, but why not get extra protein and taste by using milk?
