Pleasantly surprised!
5Just recently got back into the gym and eating healthy, I thought I’d give protein shakes a go. Previously years and years ago all the protein shake flavours anywhere had was chocolate, vanilla or strawberry, and they tasted vile! The chocolate was like drinking cold hot chocolate! So I was reluctant to say the least when I brought some now, I was really shocked at how many flavours were available! I read a few reviews and decided to go for 5-10 25g samples, This is the first one I’ve tried and wow! It’s so lovely! Tastes Like a cinnamon bun you get from IKEA! Great taste and really smooth! Goes Well With:Coconut milk

Great flavour
5I am getting tired fast of protein flavours, do need to mix them all the time. But i think this is one i can stay with. Mixed with coconut milk and it tastes like iced latte. Absolutely best i tried. Goes Well With:Soy milk Almond milk Coconut milk

Whey protein
5Recently got little sample packets of whey protein. I prefer da sample packs as der loads of different variety so each day is different. Absolutely loving the Rocky road ad salted carmel. Absolutely amazeballs!!

Not too good
3Sticky toffee flavor not really good for me. Quite similar to tiramisu one. Didn’t find similarity to real sticky toffee flavor.
