Love it!
5I'm new to keto and wanted something to have at work when I'm busy or not had time to meal prep. I personally love this Shake as it's mixed with water. I've had the chocolate caramel and pop it in the freezer for an hour before having it. It does have a bit of a thick slimey texture but I dont mind that. Doesn't leave a nasty after taste like others I have tried. I'm having one a day now as I enjoy it so much. Have ordered the other flavour samples to try too.

5This is a great product. A great way to get some extra fat in where I need it with keto. The coffee and walnut us amazing tastying. Goes Well With:Water, almond milk

Strawberry Vanilla shake
3I literally love my protein products but was disappointed with the K- Blend. I bought strawberry Vanilla thinking it would help me get the fat I need whilst giving me a sweet hit that I crave on Keto. This stuff is really thick and slimy, can’t even finish the shake. The taste isn’t as good as the impact whey protein taste. You literally have to glug it down. And the high fat content along with the slimy consistency is making my stomach turn. I have 19 servings left of this stuff so will be ordering a more chocolatey flavor next as o don’t want to give up on it as the nutrients are exactly what I need. So annoying that it’s such a horrible consistency, Thick like a thick milkshake is good but this is like thick like melted / semi set fat, not great.

Keto blend
5After being placed on a keto diet, by my doctor. I really struggle with finding a suitable protein. The uk isn’t yet, as knowledgeable, about keto as other country’s. So when myprotein bought keto blend out I could wait to try!! The strawberry and vanilla is amazing. I use it every morning, and it doesn’t spike my Glucose. I cannot wait to see what other keto products you do. Goes Well With:I mix with coconut milk, and frozen berries. I like a thicker shake.

5Great product for little money. The teste is decent, personally I add a tad of soy milk and few raspberries and than it's trully great. Put it into a fidge for half an hour and you'll have a delicious dessert. Goes Well With:soy milk, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries

5This blend tastes absolutely amazing, I mix it with ice, coconut milk and almond milk and I get a thick tasty milkshake. Goes Well With:ice coconut milk almond milk

Chocolate caramel
2Good and effective product I’m losing weight with it. I can’t recommend the chocolate caramel flavour at all, it doesn’t taste like chocolate nor caramel, I get more of a chemical flavour.
