Nice omega
5Good product, I find it really helps my knee’s. Thankfully they don’t come back on me either as long as I drink a glass of water along with them. Easy to swallow and no fishy smell.Goes Well With:Washed down with a glass of water.

5I take these with around 8 or other supplements these mox very well into the regime. I find they're easy to digest and have no taste ( during a burp or so). I have felt the effects of them slightly but I have only used for short period of time .Goes Well With:ZMA Alpha vitamins BCAA Impact whey

5Really easy to take. Has a very slight taste when swallowing but the first omega soft gel I have taken that does not cause heartburn or a regurge after taste. I have fish products but its really affective for my adhdGoes Well With:Evening primrose oil or basically anything

A very important supplement
5A very important supplement containing all the necessary fats you need. It tastes fishy to be honest but after a while the taste goes away. A must supplementf especially if you have a low fat diet
