Easily consumed
5I like the fact that omega 6 and 3 are available omega 6 is often ignored in supplements and I need a variety of oils as I'm sure it aids general metabolism and Wel being ..a good amount per bottle so no need to think about needing another purchase soon after the purchase of the 1st .Goes Well With:I eat them but these have no fishy or distinct taste so they can be used as a butter on toast etc

4Great product for getting those essentials in. Does the job for polyunsaturates and helping with brain function,myelin sheath protection in nerves and a mild effect of joint mobility. Essential Oily Goodness
4These are a great way to get all three types of Omega fatty oils, and they don't taste bad because the oil stays in the capsules all the way to your belly! Don't take with hot drinks, though.

Comprehensive Omega 3,6,9
4I bought these because they are great value for money and have all the Omegas together. I like the shape, size of the bottle. Capsules are a bit big but... this is normal for that kind of supplement so overall really happy.
