Great boost
5Love this stuff, have one glass with 2 scoops half hour before the gym. Got the blue one, zingy taste but quite pleasant. Definitely helps my energy levels and performance!

Waking Up
4I work out every morning without fail. But sometimes at my tender age of 63. Sometimes I need a pick me up. I find Alpha pre workout hits the spot to trigger my enthusiasm. Only negative point is the sucralose content. Stevia would be my sweetener choice.

Great Taste but …
4This is my first time trying this pre-workout and I have to say the taste is great. Much better than other brands I’ve tried. It suggests a 20g serving but I would advise against this as it left me itching like crazy for the first hour which was rather uncomfortable. If you are sensitive to beta-alanine I would recommend 1/2, maybe even 1/4 of the suggested serving. Other than that, it works well!

It's a Good Preworkout
5Lots of pre workouts out there and I have tried alot. This one is a cracker, mixes well, Orange and Mango flavour tastes amazing, good price and it's a great energy and focus boost without any jitters or horrible comedown. Try it...Goes Well With:Clear non dairy protein powders

Exactly what it says it does
5The taste of the strawberry flavour is very nice and the over performance of the product works perfectly. If you don’t like the itching then 1-1.5 scoops should reduce that feeling or at least for a longer period

Banging pre
5Really good pre workout this, gave me a lot of energy and a good pump, only negative is how strongly it tastes but except for that it is very goodGoes Well With:Water
