this pre is the best pre i’ve ever had!!!
5I’ve tried many pre workouts on the market but they have never really tasted nice + been effective. HOWEVER this pre is both. I would recommend the strawberry lace’s flavour as that is so so so good and it tastes exactly like the sweets. I took this on my leg day and honestly it was the best session I have had in years. I would also recommend added a little bit more water than it says too because it can be a little bit too sweet.

Strawberry laces
5I got the strawberry laces pre workout and it tastes soooo good!, it mixes so well and very fast and tastes exactly like them.Goes Well With:It goes very well with carb-x fruit blast

Taste great ! Not that strong ..
4First time trying my protein pre workout the taste was amazing I would advise shaking quiet abit as sometimes it does leaves some bits behind . Regarding the effectiveness I normally drink it 30min before workouts for me it wasn’t strong enough I would need something stronger. Gave my friend to try and he said it worked prefect for him .

Good stuff
4Gotta say this stuff really works. 2 scoops will give you tingles in no time so can definitely use just 1. However, STAY AWAY from the strawberry laces flavour, it is revolting. The aftertaste, tastes like bad breath. Other than that great product.

Avoid Strawberry Laces
3I've been using this protein for a while now (used to be called alpha I believe) and never had any issues. Always been a fan of the sour apple flavour. However the strawberry laces one is truly disgusting, it leaves a horrible taste in your mouth and is really sickly. Stick to the sour apple

Amazing but strong
4I love this preworkout, the crash from it is not really felt, and it really gives you the rush. However, saying that I'd say to be careful about dosing. If a large muscular man takes the full dose (20g) of this stuff I can tell how it would be fine, but as a woman (and I am also tall) it's waaaay too much, unless you enjoy tingles and pins and needles across your body (including in the ears) accompanied by strange behaviour :D So I take 10grams personally and it does me just fine. I'd recommend to play around with the dosage and see what works for your body. But as a person sensitive to caffeine and stimulants, I'd say that this is a great formula :)

5Product is unreal! You really feel the difference to when you use this compared to when you don’t. I will be getting this again
